So not all of the staff know what is going on. So we walked to the far end of the casino, expecting to ride a shuttle back, only to be told that the shuttle was closed due to Covid. Also a staff member in the lobby told us that we could use a shuttle to go from one end of the casino to the other. Also presumably due to staffing shortages or Covid the buffet was scaled back. Looks like they are starting a construction project so there were a couple restaurants that were closed. Slot machines paid off at a decent rate, with dollar slots paying much better than quarter and penny machines. They need to clean the card readers I guess. Even more bothersome is the number of machines that had trouble accepting cash tickets and our players club cards. The only negative for the casino is that there were quite a few machines not working. Sheets were a little scratchy but it did not bother us. We stayed in the south pool tower in a King room. We were a little concerned based on some of the recent reviews but we were pretty happy with our stay. There's suppose to be a fitness center, but I was not able to find it. Do suggest to stop by El Fenix, Chips N' Ale, or even Panda Express. I have heard of the good reviews of the buffet. Glad that there is a non-smoking, and of course this is near the back of the casino. Its been a very long time that I have been to a casino, forgot there are people smoking. The casinos are closed from 4am-8am for sanitizing. There is a pool but need a wrist band to access. Surprise that there was wireless charger available. Wish that there was a map of the place other than being online. Since we were checking in late, there was not a line to check in. Be prepare to walk from the Extra Remote Parking, good thing that there is a shuttle to the hotel. There is some kind of construction going on.

Had to call the 800 number and be prepare to be on the phone for some time. Not sure what is wrong with the online reservation system.
